DCIMAN32.dll cannot be found...Hello, this error message pops up every time I try to play an installed game...uninstalled and reinstalled several times to no avail. Everything else in Windows 7 seems to work fine..?

Did you look for the file on your system Windows Search feature?

If the file exists, you may need to re register it from a command prompt as shown here using this command: regsvr32 DCIMAN32.dll

If the file is missing, try running SFC /Scannow (System File Checker):
