EXPLORER.EXE encountered problem on BOOTING UP

this is it. i recently installed IE8 on my PC
the installer extract the file on my drive D:
and i cannot delete it. i try to use ubuntu live cd
and i delete it, then i restart the PC

when the welcome screen appears WINDOWS EXPLORER encountered problem
i click the DONT SEND button

and it load up to my desktop but the explorer is running and killing it self

i try to use system restore but it also encounter a problem
i running in safe mode and try to run system restore but same problem

in safemode the explorer run good

PROBLEM FIX :D

i download mshtml.dll file and replace the original file from system32 :D
