cant access shared drive

I'm trying to access a mapped network drive over VPN on windows 7 Home edition. I had access on the laptop for a month or so but then it was removed. I had the error message 0x80070035 and now I am getting the message 'the referenced account is currently locked out and may not be logged on to.'

Where is the Drive located?
