Cant get dma mode only pio mode available

In ide/ata/atapi controllers when i go to advanced settings and select dma mode instead of pio i dont get the current transfer mode as "ultra dma 5 " So how do i get it ?

Edit: I have two hard disk and i tried with one and it worked ,but it doesn't work with the other one .

And another good news is that after fixing bsod and dma problem my assassins creed brotherhood and my pc function without any lags .Hats off to you guys for fixing the problems .
