Please help me with this HijackThis log

Hi all,

The program arsetup.exe exhaustes all my CPU resources, and all those sypbot/adware/trojanhunter do not help.

Can you please help me checking the below HijackThis log file and share me some advices for how to fix this? Thanks very much for your kind help!

You are infected with a worm.
Please go HERE for a free on-line scan of your computer. Let it fix anything it finds.

Please save the log after the scan has completed, then copy and paste the log in this thread so I may review it.

Please post a fresh HJT log for further review.
Hope is not a method.

Thanks for yr help. But after using that online scanning web site you referred. It said my PC is clean without virus affected.

With ALL windows and browsers CLOSED, click "Fix checked"

- Reboot into safe mode:
Tap the F8 key a number of times while PC is booting then choose "safe mode" from the menu.

- Enable hidden files and folders:
- Click on My Computer.
- Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
- Select the View Tab. Under the Hidden files and folders heading,
select Show hidden files and folders.
- Uncheck: Hide file extensions for known file types
- Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended)
option.
- Click Yes to confirm.
- Click OK.

Please delete these files and folders in bold

C:\arsetup.exe<----This file

Please right click on the file and look at the properties to see if it is listed as a Microsoft file. Please let me know what you find.

- Reboot to normal mode

Please make sure you have not diabled any startup items using msconfig or any other utility and you have nothing listed in HijackThis ignore list.

- Then please rescan with HJT and post the log in this thread for a further review.
