using on screen kb. mines broke. no (!) or (x) just wont work. i did devmgmt.msc its there says nothings wrong. pppplllleeeeeeaaaaaassssseeeee hhhheeeeellpppp im at a loss. driver is fine un and re installed it to be safe.

You have a broken physical keyboard? Get a new one.

Your exclamation mark and x key don't work on the onscreen keyboard (but then how did you type it? c & p?)

Or is this a laptop and the physical keyboard not work?
