This is a dooosy. I called my hosting provider and to ask them how to get this virus off my server. They sent me a link to their forum that did not help at all. Is there some software I can upload to my server to get rid of this infection?

I do not know what virus it is. I do know that I have two hosting plans on GoDaddy and unfortunately it is on all the files of the two servers. When I go to any of the websites on the hosts I see a code in the header and footer. I do know if it's safe to provide the code here. Is there a way I can show you the code?
