Hello I'm new and in need of help. Here is some info about my pc:
Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 3 (build 2600)
2.00 gigahertz AMD Athlon 64
I'm experiencing problems with Mozilla Firefox crashing/hanging and not shutting down and I can't even even close it using the task manager or resetting my pc. I've ran numerous malwaware and antivirus programs looking for the problem and I can't figure out what to do? Can anyone please give me any advice on what to do? I've ran HiJackThis and have a log but don't know where to post this to get help. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I've been fighting with this problem for weeks now trying everything I can find on google and that friends have suggested.
