New Worm (per Mcafee Online Scan)

Adaware, spybot, and most of my other spyware will not run, they get to a certain point and stop. Adaware does it when it is checking for bht. here is my log, I have no clue whLogfile of HijackThis v1.99.1

Everyday is virus day. Do you know where your recovery CDs are ?
