Computer freez all in sudde

Hi, I got problem with my computer.
Problem is, it's freezing all in sudden.
It is really getting me angry

1. No HDD light is turned on when it's freezed(well, sometime it blinks for few secs)
2. It randomly happen. It sometimes happen when i'm working and it also happen when i leave it alone... :(
3. When I use Ctrl+Alt+Delete, i wait for few mins, it come up with black screen with error message : Ctrl+Alt+Delete - Failed....(I can't remeber the message exactly)

My computer info.

Manufacturer: TOSHIBA
Model: Satellite L505-S6946
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo T6400
OS: Window 7 32Bit
Graphic: Intel Express Chipset Family Series 4

I believe that's all info we need.
I can't get the cause of this freez..
Help me..

does it boot? When does it freeze?

There is no problem with booting...
And as i said, it freez randomly(but in the normal booting mode/doesn't freez in safe mode)
Randomly...like when i'm working, it freez, even when i leave it alone, it freez...
