How do I remove this Firefox extension called PremiumPlay Codec-C. I never installed it. I switched to Chrome but when I went back to Firefox to update it to v6, FF said that PremiumPlay Codec-C was no longer compatible with FF. And I've tried everything possible to uninstall it, even completely uninstalling FF, deleting all the folders and re-installing FF. All my extensions were gone after this except for PremiumPlay Codec-C.

My computer has Windows 7 Ultimate K, this is the Korean version of Windows with the English language pack installed; and 90% of window's text switched to English (some things are still displayed in Korean only, and some software like Apple likes to auto-install the Korean version instead of giving a "choose your language" option).
