No Internet

Im having a problem on my laptop where I cant access the internet due to some form of spyware, have downloaded and renamed malwarebytes and combofix but malwarebytes cant find it and it blocks out combofix, at my wits ends, any ideas appreciated.

With the information you have provided I believe you will need help from the malware removal team.
Please make sure that you read the information about getting started first.
Then start a new thread HERE and include or required logs.
