Hello everyone! I have come back with a problem. ok straight to the point. My gmail and yahoo email account is apparently spamming people that are in my contacts, including my sister. I request her to forward a copy of the spam email to me, and here is the message:

hxxp://eacreation.web.fc2.com/IanWhite57.html now nobody disrespects me see what I mean for yourself
Good way to make some extra income!! read it!

WARNING: DO NOT GO THE THE LINK! I put [] in there on purpose.
I have no idea that my gmail and yahoo emails are spamming to other people, until my sister told me that she received a spam mail from my gmail account then my yahoo account. I want this to stop ASAP. I have no idea on how to solve this problem. Please help, Thank you

oh and I didn't know which topic I should post this in, so I choose this Web Browsing/Email and Other Internet Applications as a generic choice

Is that spam email present in your "Sent" folders?

In that case there is a good chance you're not the sender.
Possibly, someone else has infected computer and your address in their address book.
Those messages are being spoofed as sent by you.

Change passwords on both accounts and see what will happen.

It could be.
Ask your friend if those spam messages are present in "Sent" box.
