So I recently took my laptop apart, to clean the heat sink and apply more thermal gel (it was overheating frequently). When i turned it on, the startup repair started, and stated that the "tcpip.sys" driver was corrupt and windows couldn't start properly. I tried doing a system restore (didn't work, got an error), using the memory diagnostic tool (did nothing), starting windows from last successful boot (ran the chkdisk and proceeded to take my back to the startup repair), starting in safe mode (took me to the startup repair after quickly flashing a blue screen), and since I don't have a image saved I can't just go back to that. I don't know what else to do. After doing all that, the Startup repair no longer says that the driver is corrupt, but that it "cannot determine the cause of the peroblem."
