i can update windows

You can or you can't? Please explain what is happening. Please tell us how you are trying? Windows/Microsoft Update or Automatic Updates.

I understand that English is not your first language. Please explain if you can or can not download Windows updates.

How do you have your updates configured in the control panel?

The options available are shown in the image below.

Because you have had a recent infection that Broni assisted you in cleaning there is a possibility that you may still be infected if you can not update Windows. If this is the case you may want to post a topic in the Am I Infected forum.
