Hi
I am having a problem with downloading.
I am using firefox.
When i try and download, I have a message at the bottom of my screen saying download is complete, but nothing is appearing in my download box. I have not adjusted anything and have never had a problem before, this has just started to happen. I have tried to instal Adaware and CCleaner and update my flash player.
In download options 'show the downloads window when opening a file' is ticked..
and 'save files to' downloads

Hope someone can help
Thank you
Caron

Try Internet Explorer as an experiment to see if IE does the same thing.
In the beginning there was the command line.

Trying IE will be a good idea. Just to check does your problem happen at all browser or not.
