My computer crashed and I have my windows xp to reinstall but bios require either user or master passwords to unlock hard disk. I dont know them. Now what?

If there is a BIOS password, the only way to get rid of it is to short a part of the board... which for obvious reasons I suggest you not try that. Take the computer to a computer shop and see if they can do it, or call the MFG. If it has a HDD password there is no way to remove it.

If OEM system...system documentation also may cover such situations with the BIOS/passwords.

I am using an EEEPC. I want to take care of it from the particles, oils from the hands and other dust. So I want to use some EEEPC skin covers. Please suggest me some websites for it.

Who installed the password protection? I'm at a loss to understand what eeeeeepc has to do with your password problem but I'm willing to learn.
