EagleNT.sys is a driver related to AhnLab, Inc. which sells anti-virus software, network security appliances such as firewalls, IPS, UTM, and security software (AhnLab HackShield) for online games and Mobile Web.

Are you using any of those products and are you playing online games?

If you do a Google Search you will find numerous complaints similar to yours. The main cause of most of the BSOD's involving this file when playing oneline games appears to be due to outdated drivers, conflicts with security programs, other software conflicts, hardware conflicts and sometimes faulty RAM.

The BSODs also appear to occur more often if the Operating system is not up to date.

Troubleshooting for these kinds of issues can be arduous and time consuming. There are no shortcuts. Try uninstalling AhnLab and see if the crashes stop. If they do, that confirms the program is the problem.
