I have an issue with living play pop ups also another automatic (ivillage & cafemom) survey pop up when I go to a web site.
MalWare bytes or Spybot is not picking them up.

I read a post that called it a rootkit and suggested reformat or come to this site for help.
I really could use some help with this. They appear on both Firefox & IE
I'm a geezer and my skills are marginal.

I got it straightened out, it was a removable program.
I must have inadvertently installed it with something else DUH. Thanks

I'm having the same problem, only I've uninstalled and deleted everything I can, and the ads are still popping up. One last file, named "nplplaypop.dll" won't delete or uninstall. Every time I try to do so, my computer tells me I "need permission" to do this. Do I need to change a setting somehow? These ads are driving me nuts! Please help!! :killcomp:
