Hello,

Well you have different infections present which needs a special treatment.
Unfortunately I don't see an antivirus and firewall present on your system and your windows is not up to date either.
So, most important thing now is that you install an antivirus and firewall, because otherwise we are bringing water to the sea if you know what I mean.
Windows update is for afterwards when your system is clean again, because updating to service pack 2 can fail as long as malware is present.

AVG, AntiVir OR Avast are good FREE antivirus.
Never install more than one antivirusscanner or firewall on your system! Several together can give problems and decrease the reliability of it seriously!
Zonealarm, Agnitum Outpost Free OR Kerio are FREE firewalls.

Understanding and using firewalls

Perform a full scan with your antivirus and let it delete everything it is finding.

Reboot afterwards and post a new hijackthislog in your next reply.
This won't get rid of your problems yet, we'll have to deal with that afterwards, but at least it will already delete a lot of malware present and prevent you from further infections.

Hi, adaware is not an antivirus scanner, but an antispywarescanner. That's a big difference.
Also, an online scan with Trendmicro doesn't prevent malware being installed on your computer, that's why it is so important you install an antivirus on your computer though.
The antivirus only needs a couple of MBs. Without it, keep in mind that malware gets installed again and again and even take more space. It's a good idea to uninstall every program you don't use anymore.
In case you save music/movies on your system, better to burn them on cdrom, so you can delete them on your main system afterwards.

After you installed the antivirus and performed a full scan, reboot and post a new hijackthislog. Then we can deal with the rest.
I know this computer runs very slowly, but that's because of the amount of malware present.

yeah. i need permission from my dad to install ANYTHING on here. as soon as hes back, ill ask him. and yeah, im goning to see if my mom can just delete her mp3s. i hardly have any. yeah... i always thought it was odd, because MY computer runs so much faster, (100% spyware/adware free)
and it has more harddisk space used and such... but i will try what you suggested.

Hi, well, if your dad wants that system clean, there is no other choice you have to install those programs though. As during the fix I will give you, you'll need to install even more programs so we can clean this up.
