For some reason when I boot up my computer it says cli.exe was unable to initialize proprely. I know that this is my video card drivers because when I click the Catalyst Control Center on my desktop I get the same thing and when I go into the proprities (by right clicking on desktop) going to setting and going to advanced all the tabs that used to be there are gone. The thing is that this happened only after I just reinstalled the drivers. What can I do so that it will initialize?

Thanks

Also, use the Catalyst Uninstaller to ensure that all traces of the driver are removed. It'll be available on the page that you download the driver from.
