Hello,

So here is my problem. I am using a Netgear router Model WNDR3700 with a Cisco DPC3010 modem. I am trying to connect my friends Laptop wireless to the network but it will not work. He is using a HP Pavilion dv6000 which is running Windows Vista Home Premium. It is the only device that won't connect. All other 5 devices have no problem but his laptop wont. For security I use WPA2-PSK [AES]. I tried resetting my router to the default settings to see if it would connect with no password just to see if the laptop was compatible and it worked. But as soon as I password protect it, it stops working. Any help please?

Now the computer won't even connect through the ethernet. I plug it in and it won't recognize it at all.
