please help
i run my internet of firefox and ever since i updated i can no longer download or update from the internet. it is always saying to me to check my connection to the net. an example is it wont let me access the itunes store through itunes or let me update the new one. just today i tried to download a file sharing program and it said i was not connected to the internet. PLEASE HELP ME!

What did you update....Firefox or Windows?
If it was Firefox you can uninstall Firefox 5 and install 3.6.19 which is still supported.
Firefox 4 is no longer supported.
Firefox 3.6.19

It may be one of your addons causing the problem in 5.0 if that is what you updated.
Click help, click restart with addons disabled..........after restart, check to see if you can now download
