Google search redirecting virus

Hello, my computer is infected with a virus that keeps redirecting me to advertisement/spam sites whenver i search in Google... Please help me remove it! I am using google chrome 13 beta.

My specs:
-Windows 7 64bit
-HP-G62-144DX Laptop
-450 GB Hitachi Hard drive

I dont know what to do, pleaase help!
