I am constantly getting BSOD, mostly error code 0x000000C1. Just yesterday I got an error with win32.sys. From reading posts in this forum and others, it suggests analyzing the crash logs created in the minidump folder. I have done the steps to enable this but every time I get a BSOD, the screen displays the error codes and then,

The BSoD itself displays:
Collecting data for crash dump...
Initializing disk for crash dump...

I have tried waiting several hours to see if the log is created, but nothing changes.

If anyone could help, I would be very grateful.

Download BlueScreenView:
http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html
unzip downloaded file and double click on BlueScreenView.exe to run the program.
when scanning is done, go to EDIT - Select All
Go to FILE - SAVE Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all of the content, and paste it into your next reply

again none of the BSOD logs are being created (C:\Windows\Minidump is empty). Besides the steps taken in the "Startup and Recovery", would there be any thing else hindering the creation of the minidump crash logs?

Please go to system properties - advanced - startup & recovery settings and uncheck "automatically restart". Next time there's a blue screen it should stay up. Please copy and post the entire error message.

Sorry for the wait, but I was waiting for another BSOD. And I got one this morning while I was downloading/installing windows updates.

I followed all the instructions and again, no minidump were created. I did manage to take a picture of the blue screen with my camera though and is posted below. In case the stop codes are not clear, here they are:

SPECIAL_POOL_DETECTED_MEMORY_CORRUPTION

Stop: 0x000000C1 (0xFFFFF98052522F50, 0xFFFFF98052522EAA, 0x0000000000C9C0B8, 0x0000000000000032)

My computer is running Windows 7, so I have used another support page which led me to run a Microsoft Fixit. I already ran the FixIt a while back and have still gotten the 0x000000C1 error.

So my computer just crashed again, but with a new error. Again no minidump was created and during the blue screen, the computer stopped at "Collecting data for crash dump.../Initializing disk for crash dump...". I was installing updates for windows live while this happened.

Here are the stop codes:
INVALID_KERNEL_HANDLE

STOP: 0x00000093 (0x0000000000004268, 0xFFFFF8A0000018C0, 0xFFFFF8A00F4CB9A0, 0x0000000000000001)

Any help towards my computer getting these constant BSODs would be very much appreciated. I also have a picture of the BSOD if that is needed.
