Bad image system32/ms32clod

Once ive entered my password to log on a message, Bad image,Application dll c/widows system32/ms32clod instalation diskette appears, the windows icons do not appear on the screen so only allowing me to use the computer in safe mode.
as this is my first time on a forum and not knowing really anything much about computers can anybody tell what this is,and how to get rid of it in simple terms.

Hello, is this XP,Vista??? what is yur antivirus and which browser are you using??

Preparation Guide ,do steps 6 - 9.

Create a DDS log and post it in the new topic explained in step 9,which is here Virus, Trojan, Spyware, and Malware Removal Logs and not in this topic,thanks.
