Hi,

Everytime I try running certain programs I get the following error message: "c:\windows\system32\autoexec.nt. The system file not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. Choos Close to terminate application." I don't really know what it means. I ran all virus software and adware software and it didn't help. I also ran Hijack this but I don't really understand what it means. If anyone could help that would be great. Here is the Hijack This! Log:

Hello,

I am missing a part of your hijackthislog, the bottom part.
I also see you were dealing with a nasty infection, most probably infected through AIM or another Messenger program. Not sure what is still present or not... but I'll let you run the removaltool for it anyway.

But to fix your main problem first, please perform next:

If you are having XP home download and use next:
http://homepage.ntlworld.com/spencer.greys...XPHomeFiles.exe

If you are having XP Professional download and use next:
http://homepage.ntlworld.com/spencer.greys.../XPProfiles.exe

Reboot afterwards.
This must get rid of the autoexec.nt error.

Then when performing above, download and use this AIMfix:
http://www.jayloden.com/aimfix.htm

Close all open programs, including AIM and doubleclick AIMfix.exe
This will delete related files and related entries in the registry.

Reboot afterwards and post a new hijackhislog. (the entire log please)
