Western Digital Caviar Black 500GB sata 3 6gb/s showing up as sata 2 3.0gb/s

so with speccys my hard drive is being showed as sata 2 at 3gb/s. i'm confused as to why. I'm using a sata3 6gb/s MB.

this is my MB
ASUS M4A89GTD PRO/USB3 AM3 DDR3

I enabled 6 inthe bios and still nothing.

i have windows 7 64
I checked off 6gb/s in the bios also
all the ports on my MB are 6 gb/s
