Hello,
The results of a MiniToolBox scan contain a section called "Hosts content". There are over 8,000 entries in this section which I find curious as there is no hosts file in the system32\drivers\etc folder. My question is, if there is no hosts file, where are these entries being generated from?

Thank You!

SystemLook allowed me to see that there was a Hosts file, but that something had made it hidden and read-only. The majority of the entries seem to have been generated by SpyBot S&D, so I'm guessing that it's also the program that locked down the Hosts file. Thanks again for your help.

The top portion would have noted the entries were created by Spybot.
