I have a toshiba satellite laptop and recently Ive been unable to log in my main user account ( the only one I always use also it s the administrator account )
everytime I try to log in this account, even when I type the right password I get redirected to a guest / standard account, the error message says ( translated from french ) " user's profile service failed to log in, it s impossible to change user profile". and there s a loooot of tasks
I can t perform, because I don t have the administrator's account privileges permission or such. I've tried to do a system restore but my PC couldn't perform this task ( the system restore failed hard, every time ) it s becoming unbearable, I can t even connect to a wifi network without the administrator permission. It s like some kind of very strict parental control imposed by my own PC to me, I need help!!!!!!!

I've tried to give administrator rights to the others users but this was useless..
I did some research on the internet and BC the Ive found this

it s about doing a vista recovery with the installation DVD (downloading the vista DVDs via ISO ect I don t have the DVD here )

Is this the right answer to my problem? I didn t do it yet because I couldn t download the recovery ISO. I need help, advises, mirrors or anything else

:clapping: plz help meeeee !!!!!!!!!!!!!
