Hi! Love Bleeping Computer! In the past I've always been able to find knowledgeable and accurate (and easy to understand) instructions for any issue I've encountered, especially with viruses and scareware.
I am a Customer Care Coordinator with the most computer knowledge in our office, thus, I'm often given any computer issue to resolve. (Cause it's cheaper than calling in the pros!) But I know when to say "when".
You won't find me offering any help in resolving others issues, but you WILL find me asking questions.
