Welcome to BC. Yes we can help. Could you go to the AntiVirus, Firewall and Privacy Products and Protection Methods in the Security Section and start a New Topic and describe you problem?
We will start helpping right a way.

Good luck.

Welcome to BC!
Your first line of attack is to update and then have your Anti-virus run a full scan in Safe Mode. If this does not solve the problem, or raises questions, then post enough information to allow other members to help you in the BC section mentioned by Acklan.
Above all, don't panic.
Regards,
John
