Hi there, Im knew at the website and heard how great this site is and how helpful it can be. I need help trying to get rid of two viruses on my Windows XP laptop. I noticed I got them 2 weeks ago while I was running my AVG Anti-Virus scan. After the scan, for some reason it wouldn't heal the viruses. I then updated my AVG virus protection and ran it again, and it still wouldn't heal the viruses again. So I then ran and updated my Malwarebytes scan and it didn't pick up anything. I looked online to see what would be the best way to get rid of it, and I read that combofix is a powerful tool that would help. So I downloaded combofix, but for some reason, it wouldn't scan on my computer. After the end of the AVG scan, it reads:

"";"C:\WINDOWS\system32\svchost.exe (1540)";"Trojan horse Downloader.Zlob.AZVF";"Deleted"
"";"C:\WINDOWS\explorer.exe (2956)";"Trojan horse Downloader.Zlob.AZVF";"Deleted"
"";"C:\WINDOWS\system32\svchost.exe (1540):\memory_001a0000";"Trojan horse Downloader.Zlob.AZVF";"Infected"
"";"C:\WINDOWS\explorer.exe (2956):\memory_001a0000";"Trojan horse Downloader.Zlob.AZVF";"Infected"

If there is any ideas on there to help get rid of these viruses, I would appreciate it. Thanks.
