Thank you John, am floundering a bit, trying to find my way around, clicking on things to see what gives....one day I hope to be confident enough to post.....am terrified at the moment of pressing the wrong key/icon....but, hey, thanks for your welcome msge.

You can't break BC by clicking on various threads or the links at the top of each page, and it will take some time until you become familiar with where certain subjects or parts are located and what is in each.
There are several good tutorials, for example, on the mechanics of posting to the BC forums, etc. in that section (towards the end of the list) that might help make you more comfortable with posting, and there is even a forum to practice in ( at the bottom of the discussion panel:"Tests and Scribbles."

Try at the very top .... Fun & Games, Chat, Members or
just below those links ... My Topics, My Controls or View New Posts

You can always get back to the "main" by clicking BleepingComputer.com
just below the Click Here! & Start Here! answers to "pinned questions"
appearing next down the page ...
