My computer runs really sluggish. I tried running Spybot and Anti-Warebytes in Safe Mode as well as defragmenting. I would prefer not to have to wipe my PC clean and start new. Are there any other options for me?

Thank you in advance.

Please describe IN DETAIL exactly what is slow and what the problems are. Also, what is new or different since the last time everything worked properly (ie, new hw, new sw, virus, error, etc)?

FWIW: Slow Computer-browser Check Here First; It May Not Be Malware - http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic87058.html
