My son's laptop is possibly infected with a trojan as well as a worm and other nasty stuff. He has an HP presario with Windows 7 which I am not very familiar with, it will not let him gain access to the internet. A Win 7 Security 2012 dialogue box appears stating he has an unregistered version. Moreover, the current PC state is infected with 33 items such as Trojan-Spy.HTML.Bankfraud.jk as well as, E-mail-Worm.JS.Gigger and numerous others.

I am not familiar with his operating system nor all these security issues. So I am looking for assistance and guidance through this issue, can anyone help?

Thank You,
Jostlo

Broni,

Thanks for the assistance thus far, but I am unable to keep an internet browser open even after installing FixNCR.reg it closes before I can do anything. That is farther than I was able to go before though. Any other suggestions?

Again Thanks for your help.

Download necessary tools on another working computer and transfer them to a "sick" computer using USB flash drive.
