I HAVE A SONY BRAVIA TV,I WANT TO CONNECT IT TO THE INTERNET.WILL A USB WIRELESS WI-FI ADAPTER WORK? OR?

You can not directly connect your TV to the internet. You might be able to hook your computer up to display to your TV though. If there is a Component video connection use it instead of the red,white and yellow connection to get the best picture. Can you tell us the model number of your tv and the type of video card you have.

Well...I would not say that..not sure what a "direct" connection might be in today's world.

I believe signal comes in on cable for TVs with Internet capability...I have cable and I split the output from same to both system and TV.

To setup the internet link wirelessly mentioned above you can connect the Ethernet cord to a wireless bridge. What is the make and model of your router?
