AVG is saying that these files are infected with this virus and quarantines them but these files are needed

c:\program files\common files\apple\mobile device support\applemobiledeviceservice.exe
c:\program files\common files\microsoft shared\windows live\wlidsvcm.exe
c:\program files\common files\microsoft shared\windows live\wlidsvc.exe
c:\program files\lavasoft\ad-aware\ad-awareadmin.exe
c:\program files\java\bin\jqs.exe
c:\program files\lavasoft\ad-aware\aawservice.exe
c:\program files\microsoft\search enhancement pack\seaport\seaport.exe

Firefox seems to crash quite frequently too

Anyone know how to remove this thing? Would be greatly appreciated
