What is Security Protection

Whatever this Security Protection is it is telling me I am infected,leaking data to the Internet.....I can,t open any browsers

I am running a Mc Afee full scan. How do I remove this Security Protection

The only option it is giving me is to but their product to save my computer. Any help would very much appreciated
