problems with viruses(wincomm,wintask more)

ever since my brother has been on my PC clicking on everthing i got a crapload of viruses. the viruses i have are

WinRatchet.exe
WinAdTools.exe
rundll32.exe
wintask.exe

programs such as these keep installing themselvs such as

create-a-monster.exe
pick-your-president.exe
faces-of-presidentbush

i get popups that spybot and adaware cant get.
