Hi all out there in the interweb.
Been a member for a while and just now posting my introduction.
I would really like to learn how to repair my (and a few friends) PC especially knowing how to keep it running at peak performance. If reasonable, I prefer to understand not just do.
Any suggestions other than reading here on bleeping computer? So far its been more "do this" with no explanation.
Short of becoming an IT major, do you have suggestions?
Thanks for the great site and all the help.

Hello and :welcome: to Bleeping Computer.

Be sure to check out the New User Orientation and the excellent Tutorials.

I'd start with the tutorials and then if you have more questions you should create new topics in the forums.
