My OS is Windows 7 , my E-mail is msn.com Microsoft Windows Live Hot Mail.
Someone has hacked my email twice and sent spam to some of my contacts pretending to be me with my email address.

There are numerous ways people can get passwords to email accounts, i.e phising, packet sniffing, etc.. Best thing to do at tis point is change your password and security questions.
