I posted some logs as requested in the Virus, Trojan, Spyware, Malware removal logs forum on July 24th, I was asked to be patient (which I am) and not repost in order to preserve my priority (which I have done). As of today I have not received any response. I will be patient as I appreciate the service you offer, however I just want to make sure that I have not been forgotten and what the approximate length of the wait time is.

I appreciate your help and all your efforts to help us poor lost computer-challenged souls!

You have done nothing wrong and are still in the queue to be helped. The response by another site admin, Blade Zephon, to another member with the same question is applicable here. I will link you to it instead of parroting it.

Your patience is greatly appreciated.

For what it's worth, at this moment, there are 294 unanswered topics in the log forum older than yours.

I would suggest checking your topic once a day for a reply as the e-mail notification system is unreliable.

Thank you for your responses. Glad to hear that I haven't done something wrong. Patience is a viture and as for my son it will be a VERY valuable lesson. Two weeks without a computer will do him good!
