Throw that Apex case out man, they're the same company as Allied, worst power supplies on earth, and you wouldn't want to fry your whole system. Would you? I recommend that either you throw out the case and psu all together or just buy another separate psu. I would recommend throwing out both because typically MATX cases don't have very good airflow and there are some ATX cases that will support a MATX board. Yes, DVD burners can and do copy movies. I would much rather go with a Pentium 4, they offer a larger L2 cache and the Celeron processors are very poor performers. I think everything else looks fine, I would buy a dedicated video card but, if you're not using this for too much graphic stuff then you should be fine.
AMD Athlon 64 3000+ Venice
1GB GeIL Value Memory Looking for something better...
EPoX EP-9NPAJ
Hitachi 7K80
Jaton 6600GT
