A coworker of mine is on the losing end of an IT battle concerning her email account. Someone incorrectly typed in another co-worker's email on the tail end of hers and it is now leading to emails going to the incorrect address. Here is an example of how our company's network does things:

'FName.LName@company.com' The incorrect email address is: 'FName.LName@company.com. FName.LName@company.com' Basically they missed a comma on a widespread email and then got stuck in everyone's recent contacts list. IT has had mass emails asking everyone to clear that cache, but it hasn't worked.

Anyone have an experience with this type of error and a way to fix it? Thanks
