Hello everybody,

I've been battling the dreaded Google redirect virus. I've been dealing with it in another forum here at bleeping. But I'm wondering, does anyone know of a way to disable Google Images, etc. outright? Would that entail uninstalling Google outright, and is that even possible?

Ideas? Please help. I'm tired of the redirects.

Hello,

You can possibly block google images, but that won't stop the redirects. As far as I know, you can't uninstall google as it's not on your computer. You can, however, uninstall such things as google toolbar if you so desire and if you have them installed. You could also decide to use a different search engine.
