I found this when running HJ and ticked to delete it, but it didn't go away.

The original problem I had is solved but I am curious to know what this is...:

O2 - BHO: {BCBF738C-4891-4B9A-959A-C6BF7F608C3A} - {0B1B0D47-95F7-4bad-9309-A945B655AE61} - (no file)

It is a harmless orphan registry entry related to a BHO for Natural Voice Reader. Since it shows (no file) that indicates it was removed at some point but the registry entry remained. This is not uncommon as many programs do not completely remove all remnants when uninstalled.

Thanks for that - I do use NVR so that must be it.

I never thought to google the entry.
