I am also having this problem, AVG and Microsoft Security Essentials have not been able to find the virus after various scans, it did come with other viruses which I managed to remove. I forgot the name of most of the viruses but I did get the malware called "zentom system guard".

Another thing about this virus is it's ability to hook onto other processes. I have Windows Live Messenger open and currently when I look at what process the error window is part of in Task Manager it will link it to Live Messenger. If I were to close this program it would become part of the process of another program, It was part of AVG User Interface yesterday.

It also displays a System Error yellow triangle in the task bar occasionally, when I drag the cursor over it it immediately goes.

I haven't found much about this virus online and judging by the dates these posts were posted it's very new. I hope more people can find this topic with google search just like I did.

Another symptom is flashplayer in my browser stops working, I could see about 5 seconds of an ad or a video then it crashes. Yesterday I also couldn't play any media in VLC or Windows Media Player.

So far I have had no success removing it.
