No Connection to Database

I have 4 laptops connected to a wireless network however I recently updated 1 to the new IE and it does not let me connect to network at all. Anyone out there have any knowledge on how to get this fixed, Ive changed settings and tried to repair the connection. All other 3 still connect fine.

I assume you are referring to IE 9...is this installed on the other computers?
