2011-07-25 19:14:27, Info CSI 000002f7 Repair results created:

I've searched and searched for anything on these C_1140.NLS files, but to no avail. Any help would be appreciated. I tried attaching my CBS.log and msinfo32.txt, but they were too large. If they are absolutely needed for anyone willing to help me with this problem, I will break them down into several smaller files and attach another time. The most I could attach was a hijackthis.log in case this might be a virus.

Well, I guess it all started when I noticed sound wasn't playing through one speaker, yet was playing through the other and my sub. So I researched and someone said to run sfc, so now I'm stuck wondering if it's this error. This is only happening while I'm trying to watch a .swf on http://www.watch-dragonball.com/. It just recently started. Youtube video's sound is fine. My system sound is fine. The sound is fine when I play the same video through Firefox. It is only happening on Chrome. It doesn't seem to be a huge problem, but either way, I don't like errors, and this sfc scan error is nagging at me.

Well, now the sound appears to be going in and out, but any ideas on this sfc scan?

I don't think those errors Microsoft-Windows-International-CodePage have anything to do with your issue.
Those are very minor errors.

Especially since the issue happens only on one webpage and only in one browser.
I suggest you reinstall Chrome.

Do you know what those errors mean? Are they even an issue?

They're not. You could worry about them if you're using non-English Windows version.
